The guests must provide a mobile phone that can be connected to facilitate the contact of the tour guide. If the phone provided is wrong, any additional expenses incurred shall be borne by the guests themselves.

No shows at pre-arranged location and time, the whole trip will be cancelled with nonrefunded.

Minimum of 20 passengers is required for guaranteed departure. Compass Vacation reserves the right to cancel the tour prior departure with full refund value of the package price booked.

* Group pick-up: 24-hour Toronto pick-up service, please write the arrival flight information in the order notes after booking
* Arrangement of pick-up: Arrange the pick-up uniformly, and wait for no more than 1 hour after the flight arrives as the pick-up service time
* Drop-off when leaving the group: Please be sure to book a flight to depart from YYZ Airport after 20:00. If the trip is delayed due to weather, road surface, machinery and other conditions, the company will not be held legally responsible
