This family-friendly facility offers plenty of space to relax and soak in the expansive hot pool or cool off with the kids in the swimming pool. The mineral water of Radium Hot Springs is uniquely odourless and clear, making this hot springs perfect for a relaxing soak.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation and change can be made 48 hours in advance before the trip starts; Cancellation within 48 hours will be charged 100% of your payment
Any supplier change fees will be passed on to the client
Should you need to cancel your trip, you must notify us in writing by letter, e-mail, or by fax immediately.
For any reason that you need to cancel or modify your orders, the bank wire transfer fee and credit card fee will be deducted at the same time of your refund.

Please book at least 3 days in advance.
Please provide accurate and complete information (Name, gender, adult / child, copy of passport and contact information) when booking a tour to avoid errors that would affect your travel. If you cause a delay or cause losses due to missing or inaccurate information, you will be held responsible.
It is strongly recommended that you purchase travel insurance for your personal benefit.
People with diarrhea, open wounds or who are feeling ill are not permitted in the hot springs.
Individuals with heart conditions, diabetes or other chronic health concerns or conditions should consult their doctor prior to visiting.
Youth ages 14-17 are welcome to visit Banff Upper Hot Springs without an adult. Youth ages 13 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18 year or older.
Locker token included in all prices except annual passes.
Admission to the Canadian Rockies Hot Springs’ facilities is charged based on a per-entry fee. Within regular business hours, there is no maximum time limit per visit, however we recommend limiting your visit to one to two hours.
Westar Travel is not responsible for any transportation cancellations or delays, climate change, or any other travel safety issues within the trip that are caused by circumstances not under our company’s control.
Opening and closing dates and hours are subject to supplier change.
Operation Hours: Monday to Friday: 11am to 8pm; Saturday and Sunday: 10am to 8pm.
Last entry is 7 p.m. daily.
