Cancellation Policy

Free change and cancellation can be made 72 hours in advance before the trip starts; Cancellation within 72 hours will be charged 100% of your payment
Any supplier change fees will be passed on to the client
Should you need to cancel your trip, you must notify us in writing by letter, e-mail, or by fax immediately.
For any reason that you need to cancel or modify your orders, the bank wire transfer fee and credit card fee will be deducted at the same time of your refund

Additional Info

Please indicate your luggage. All guests are allocated 1 carry on, 1 suitcase and 1 personal item. Additional charges do apply for additional luggage requirements. $15.00 for each additional suitcase and $30.00 for oversize luggage (ski/snowboard bags and bike boxes)
Pick-up location and flight times required for all bus bookings.
Clients need to notify us in advance of bus pick-up location or changes to pick-up time (that differ from the original request) or client may be missed.
Bus pick-ups and drop-offs available from any address in Jasper.
Please book at least 3 days in advance.
Opening and closing dates are subject to supplier change.
Please provide accurate and complete information (Name, gender, adult / child, copy of passport and contact information) when booking a tour to avoid errors that would affect your travel. If you cause a delay or cause losses due to missing or inaccurate information, you will be held responsible.
It is strongly recommended that you purchase travel insurance for your personal benefit.
