Cancellation Policy

Free change and cancellation can be made 16 days in advance before the trip starts; Cancellation within 16 days will be charged 100% of your payment
Any supplier change fees will be passed on to the client
Should you need to cancel your trip, you must notify us in writing by letter, e-mail, or by fax immediately.
For any reason that you need to cancel or modify your orders, the bank wire transfer fee and credit card fee will be deducted at the same time of your refund
Cancellations and refunds are processed within 1-7 business days

Provide transportation to the climbing site, a 20 minute drive from town
What is included: Rock shoes, harness, helmet, all climbing gear.
What is not included: Clothing and appropriate footwear for hiking to the climbing site. We recommend comfortable clothing appropriate for the weather. This often includes a warm layer and a rain jacket.
This trip does not include lunch, so please bring a snack and some fluids.
Opening and closing dates are subject to supplier change.
Please provide accurate and complete information (Name, gender, adult / child, copy of passport and contact information) when booking a tour to avoid errors that would affect your travel. If you cause a delay or cause losses due to missing or inaccurate information, you will be held responsible.
It is strongly recommended that you purchase travel insurance for your personal benefit.
