About This Expeirence

After the canyon rafters enjoy wide open views as we paddle through the scenic Athabasca valley to our take out. From novice to age ninety, no experience is necessary on the Athabasca River which is rich with historical references and scenic beauty. The calm, flowing stretches are peppered with small but splashy rapids. This is the ideal river for timid first timers and families with young children.

Cancellation Policy

Free change and cancellation can be made 72 hours in advance before the trip starts; Cancellation within 72 hours will be charged 100% of your payment
Any supplier change fees will be passed on to the client
Should you need to cancel your trip, you must notify us in writing by letter, e-mail, or by fax immediately.
For any reason that you need to cancel or modify your orders, the bank wire transfer fee and credit card fee will be deducted at the same time of your refund
Cancellations and refunds are processed within 1-7 business days

Additional Info

A swimsuit or shorts under casual wear is best. Clothing worn under wetsuits gets wet, so bring a towel and warm clothes for afterwards.
For paddle rafting, our rafts can accommodate 6 to 10 passengers.
There is always a small chance of falling into the water.
No swimming ability is required
We do not have changing rooms by the river. The guides will lay out a tarp, and some people choose to change on the bus. We suggest already having your swimsuit on under your street clothes.
Anything you bring with you, you can leave on the bus.
All participants wishing to go on our rafting trip are required to sign our standard liability waiver prior to departing on any of our rafting trips. Those under 18 require a parent or guardian to sign for them.
All minors (under 18) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Children must be at least 5 years old to go on our rafting trips.
Please book at least 3 days in advance.
Opening and closing dates are subject to supplier change.
Please provide accurate and complete information (Name, gender, adult / child, copy of passport and contact information) when booking a tour to avoid errors that would affect your travel. If you cause a delay or cause losses due to missing or inaccurate information, you will be held responsible.
It is strongly recommended that you purchase travel insurance for your personal benefit.
