About This Expeirence

A half-day whitewater tour that offers adventure lovers rafting thrills and excitement close to Banff, Canmore and Calgary. The Horseshoe Canyon section offers spectacular scenery, big waves and up to Grade IV whitewater. Experience a sense of remoteness while you raft your way through shale canyons and awesome whitewater.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation and change can be made 48 hours in advance before the trip starts; Cancellation within 48 hours will be charged 100% of your payment
Any supplier change fees will be passed on to the client
Should you need to cancel your trip, you must notify us in writing by letter, e-mail, or by fax immediately.
For any reason that you need to cancel or modify your orders, the bank wire transfer fee and credit card fee will be deducted at the same time of your refund

Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately.

Minimum age is 12 years old. Minimum weight is 90 pounds. Maximum weight is 350 pounds.

Not recommended for pregnant women.

Not recommended for participants with back problems, heart complaints or other serious medical conditions.

All passenger weights MUST be advised at time of booking.

Guests are required to bring a face mask with them to wear on the bus.

This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund

Please note that this tour requires a minimum of 8 participants. If it’s cancelled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund

A waiver must be completed prior to the trip. In addition, a Parental Consent form must be completed by the parent or legal guardian of any child under the age of 18 years prior to arrival at the riverbase.

Please book at least 3 days in advance.

Opening and closing dates are subject to supplier change.

Please provide accurate and complete information (Name, gender, adult / child, copy of passport and contact information) when booking a tour to avoid errors that would affect your travel. If you cause a delay or cause losses due to missing or inaccurate information, you will be held responsible.
