About This Expeirence

In the winters of Banff National Park, sub-zero temperatures turn mighty waterfalls into glittering pillars of ice. Suspended in time, these frozen falls look almost otherworldly. Looking for that hidden gem? Grotto Canyon Ice walk gives you icewalk option with less crowds where our guides will lead you along a frozen creek bed through a narrow canyon to see ancient native pictographs.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation and change can be made 48 hours in advance before the trip starts; Cancellation within 48 hours will be charged 100% of your payment
Any supplier change fees will be passed on to the client
Should you need to cancel your trip, you must notify us in writing by letter, e-mail, or by fax immediately.
For any reason that you need to cancel or modify your orders, the bank wire transfer fee and credit card fee will be deducted at the same time of your refund

Additional Info

Minimum age is 8 years. All children aged 15 years and under must be accompanied by someone 18 years and older.

All adults must sign a waiver prior to the tour. A waiver must also be completed by the parent or guardian of any child under the age of 18.

Guests should dress in ski wear for this trip including hats, mittens, and warm boots. A detailed list of items to wear and bring is provided on your voucher.

A moderate level of fitness is recommended to ensure that you enjoy the tour.

Please book at least 3 days in advance.

This experience requires a minimum 4 travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund

Opening and closing dates are subject to supplier change.

Please provide accurate and complete information (Name, gender, adult / child, copy of passport and contact information) when booking a tour to avoid errors that would affect your travel. If you cause a delay or cause losses due to missing or inaccurate information, you will be held responsible.
