Snow tubing is a thrilling way to enjoy winter in the Canadian Rockies! Have fun sliding solo, race your friends, or group your tubes together, it's up to you! To ensure maximum fun and safety the tube park is groomed daily.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation and change can be made 48 hours in advance before the trip starts; Cancellation within 48 hours will be charged 100% of your payment
Any supplier change fees will be passed on to the client
Should you need to cancel your trip, you must notify us in writing by letter, e-mail, or by fax immediately.
For any reason that you need to cancel or modify your orders, the bank wire transfer fee and credit card fee will be deducted at the same time of your refund

Additional Info

One person per tube in sitting position only.

Max 5 tubes at one time, each tube must be bound to the other’s to create a triangle, square and pentagon for 3, 4, and 5 tubes respectively.

Tubing is only permitted in the designated lanes.

Children 12 and under must use a helmet. Helmets are recommended for all users.

Please book at least 3 days in advance.

This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund

Opening and closing dates are subject to supplier change.

Please provide accurate and complete information (Name, gender, adult / child, copy of passport and contact information) when booking a tour to avoid errors that would affect your travel. If you cause a delay or cause losses due to missing or inaccurate information, you will be held responsible.

It is strongly recommended that you purchase travel insurance for your personal benefit.
