5-day Northern Lights Tour in Whitehorse City

1.The Northern Lights is a natural phenomenon. If you cannot see it due to the weather, the company will not take any responsibility and the optional activities will be adjusted.

2.Cancellation policy: 25% of the tour fee will be charged per person after booking has been completed; 50% of the tour fee will be charged per person if cancellation is 15-29 days before departure, and 100% of the tour fee will be charged per person if cancellation is 7-14 days before departure

3.Hotel rooms: standard rooms are subject to one or two beds and can only hold 3-4 people.

4. Smoking is not allowed in the room, otherwise the fine is $350, and the guest is responsible.

5.The Company chooses its suppliers (such as hotels, operators and other suppliers of travel services) with great care. However, these suppliers are independent contractors and the company cannot be held responsible or liable for their actions or omissions

6. The company and the Whitehorse operator cannot be held responsible for changes in travel itineraries due to weather conditions, or special conditions beyond our control. Any costs incurred due to airport passenger delays or delays that may occur at the end of the trip are the responsibility of the customer.

7.The company and the White Horse operator cannot be held responsible if an accident occurs during the itinerary, resulting in casualties or other losses, it shall be resolved in accordance with the regulations set by each operating agency.

8.The company recommends that all group members purchase travel insurance to ensure their personal interests.

9.The company reserves the right to change the hotel and itinerary without prior notice.
