Optional expenses:
A deposit of $300 is required from each participant at the time of registration. The remaining balance must be paid in full 60 days prior to departure. If there are any changes to the itinerary due to flight schedule adjustments, travelers must not raise any objections or complaints.
Cancellation and refund policy: Under special circumstances, our company reserves the right to cancel the trip prior to departure, and all fees or deposits paid by guests will be fully refunded. Our company is not responsible for cancellations or changes to departure dates.
If a participant cancels the trip within 60 days prior to departure, the deposit of $300 will be forfeited. If canceled between 31 to 59 days before departure, 60% of the tour fee will be deducted. Cancellations made within 30 days will result in the total tour fee being non-refundable.

Note 1: The handicraft market is subject to control by the Cuban government and may open intermittently. If open, travelers will be arranged for free shopping; if closed, visits to the area outside the market will be arranged instead.

If any traveler is denied entry by local authorities due to issues with their documents or other reasons during the trip, our company will not be responsible, and no refunds or transfers will be allowed.
Once confirmed, all Cuba tour bookings cannot be changed in any way, including the number of travelers, travel dates, or the names of tourists.
