2. Please provide accurate and complete information (name, gender, contact details, adult or child, etc.) when booking, to avoid booking errors that may affect your trip. If you experience delays or losses due to missing information, you will be responsible for the consequences.
3. If you have not received your "Tour Confirmation Letter" 7 days before departure, please contact our staff immediately.
4. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable trip, we strongly recommend that you also book activity tickets, meal packages, etc., at the time of booking. No additional services will be provided within 7 days of departure or during the trip.
5. This product is a destination group tour, where a group will be formed with other guests under the premise of ensuring the promised services and standards. The order of the itinerary may be adjusted according to the departure date.
6. Hotel star ratings in North America are not officially standardized. The hotels involved in the itinerary are local brand hotels.
7. North American standard double rooms are equipped with either one large bed or two beds. If you have specific bed requirements, please inform us at the time of booking, and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
8. The components of the product, such as transportation, hotels, restaurants, tourist attractions, and language culture, may vary based on the region and country. Please understand that the standards may differ (languages may include both Mandarin and English).
9. Tour vehicles: Vehicles will be arranged according to the number of participants. For groups with fewer than 24 people, the driver will also serve as the guide. For groups with more than 24 people, there will be a separate driver and guide.
10. The safety and rights of tourists regarding the transportation, hotels, restaurants, and tourist attractions used during the trip are subject to the regulations of the operating organizations. In case of accidents or other losses, the respective operating organization's regulations will apply. Our company will not be held responsible.
11. In case of special circumstances such as severe weather, traffic accidents, etc., our company reserves the right to modify or cancel the itinerary.
12. It is strongly recommended that you purchase travel insurance to ensure your personal interests.
13. For issues related to flight cancellations, delays, weather, or other travel safety concerns, the relevant regulations of the service providers will apply directly to the passengers. Our company will not be held responsible.

Travel Notice:

1. If your trip includes airport transfer services, please ensure you provide accurate flight information and arrive at the designated pickup location on time. If incorrect information leads to transfer issues, the travel agency reserves the right to provide a second transfer service at an additional cost or arrange the next available free transfer. Please note that only one transfer service is provided per order!
2. According to different hotel operating requirements, you may be asked to provide a credit card as a deposit for incidental expenses (such as phone calls, laundry, dining) during your stay.

4. All activity tickets and meals must be pre-booked, and no additional services will be provided during the trip. Thank you for your understanding.
5. Please arrive at the designated boarding location at the scheduled time to avoid delays for other passengers. If you are late and miss the bus, you will need to arrange your own transportation to the next meeting point, and the responsibility will be yours. We appreciate your understanding.
6. During the trip, you may be staying in different hotels. If there are arrangements for transferring guests between hotels, the tour guide will coordinate the arrangements based on the actual situation. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
7. During the trip, different vehicles and tour guides may be assigned to serve you. We appreciate your understanding if this causes any inconvenience!
8. If you need to leave the group during the trip, you will need to sign a "Leave the Group Confirmation Letter."
9. Passengers under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older).
10. For any complimentary activities, if they cannot be provided due to factors such as transportation, weather, or other force majeure circumstances, or if you are unable to participate for personal reasons, no refund will be issued. Thank you for your understanding.
