2. Please provide accurate and complete information (name, gender, contact information, adult or child, etc.) when booking to avoid booking errors that may affect your trip. You will be responsible for any delays or losses caused by missing information.
3. If you have not received the "Tour Confirmation Letter" 7 days before departure, please contact our staff promptly.
4. To ensure your trip is more complete, enjoyable, and smooth, we strongly recommend that you also book activity tickets and meal packages when making your reservation. No additional booking services will be provided within 7 days before departure or during the trip.
5. This product is a destination group tour, where you will join a group with other guests to form a unified itinerary, ensuring that the promised services and standards remain unchanged. Depending on the departure date, the order of activities may be adjusted.
6. Hotel star ratings: There is no official hotel star rating system in North America. All hotels listed in the itinerary are local brand hotels.
7. The standard double room in North American hotels is equipped with either one large bed or two beds. If you have specific bed type requests, please inform us when booking, and we will do our best to accommodate.
8. Elements of the product, such as tour vehicles, hotels, restaurants, tourist attractions, and language/culture, vary by region and country, and the standards may differ. Please understand. (The language may be bilingual, such as Mandarin or English.)
9. Tour vehicles: The appropriate vehicle will be arranged based on the number of travelers. For groups with fewer than 24 guests, the driver will also serve as the tour guide. For groups with more than 24 guests, there will be one driver and one tour guide.
10. For safety and rights concerns, different operational regulations apply to the transportation, hotels, restaurants, and tourist attractions used during the trip. In case of accidents or other losses, the respective operator's rules will apply. Our company is not liable.
11. In case of special circumstances, such as bad weather, traffic accidents, etc., our company reserves the right to modify or cancel the itinerary.
12. It is strongly recommended that you purchase travel insurance to ensure your personal interests.
13. If there are any flight cancellations, delays, weather, or other travel safety issues, the relevant regulations of the airlines or operators will apply, and our company will not be responsible.

Travel Tips:

1. If your itinerary includes airport transfer services, please provide accurate flight information and arrive at the designated pick-up location in advance. If the information is inaccurate and results in an incorrect pick-up, the travel agency reserves the right to provide a second service or charge an additional transfer fee based on the paid private transfer rates, or arrange for the next available free transfer. Please note that each order provides only one transfer service!
2. According to different hotel operation requirements, you may be asked to provide a credit card as a deposit for incidental expenses (such as phone, laundry, meals) during your stay.

4. All activity tickets and meals must be booked in advance. No additional booking services will be provided during the trip, thank you for your understanding.
5. During the trip, please arrive at the designated meeting point on time as agreed by the tour guide. Do not be late to avoid delaying the itinerary for other guests. If you miss the tour due to being late, you will need to arrange your own transportation to the next meeting point, and any costs incurred will be your responsibility.
6. During the trip, you may be required to stay at different hotels. If there are different arrangements for pick-ups or drop-offs involving different hotel guests, the tour guide and driver will make reasonable arrangements based on the group’s actual situation. 7. During the trip, you may have different vehicles and tour guides serving you. We appreciate your understanding if this causes any inconvenience.
8. If you need to leave the group during the trip, please sign the "Departure Confirmation Letter."
9. Travelers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older).
10. If any complimentary items included in the itinerary cannot be provided due to weather, traffic, or other force majeure factors, or if you are unable to participate for personal reasons, no refunds will be given. Thank you for your understanding.
