Vancovuer Island 2 days Tour

• Each person is limited to one large and one small piece of luggage. Additional luggage incurs a fee of $35 per piece.

• For fairness, seats are rotated daily.
• Hotel rooms have two beds and, per fire regulations, can accommodate up to four people. Smoking in hotels is prohibited, with a $300 fine for violations.
• Please arrive at the departure point on time. No refunds will be issued for missed tours due to tardiness. Travelers are advised to purchase travel insurance to protect their interests.
• If the tour group has fewer than 20 participants or due to other possible changes, the company reserves the right to modify or cancel the tour 7 days prior to departure, with a full refund of paid fees. Travelers may not claim compensation for such changes.

Liability Issues:

The company will make every effort to complete all itinerary activities as scheduled. However, in special circumstances such as weather, strikes, road conditions, vehicle breakdowns, lost documents, or fully booked hotels that are beyond the company’s control, delays, changes, or cancellations to all or part of the itinerary may occur. The company is not liable for any compensation in such cases but will strive to provide similar or equivalent hotels and services as listed in the itinerary. Any additional costs due to itinerary changes must be covered by the traveler. For transportation companies used by the tour, if their operations pose safety risks or result in loss of luggage or other property, resolutions will be based on the regulations of the respective institutions, and the company bears no responsibility. The company is not liable for any loss of personal items at hotels, on buses, or during the trip. If theft is suspected, the company can assist with reporting to the authorities.
