• Order Changes: Once the order is confirmed, we will charge a fee if the customer requests to change various information. Changing or correcting the guest name, changing the date or itinerary will be considered a cancellation and will be charged a corresponding penalty.
• Cancellation of Orders and Corresponding Penalties

If the customer cancels a confirmed or pending order for various reasons, we will charge a corresponding penalty to compensate the travel agency or hotel supplier for the penalty charged to us. The amount of the penalty is related to the time we receive the cancellation notice. Customers must cancel their orders by email or contact us.

32 days (inclusive) or more in advance - 10% of the total tour fee

16 to 31 days in advance - 30% of the total tour fee

9 to 15 days in advance - 50% of the total tour fee

1-8 days in advance - 100% of the total tour fee

No show on the departure date - 100% of the total tour fee

No refund for unused tour products; full payment for non-participation

Note: No refund request will be accepted 30 days after the tour ends.

• Prices will be adjusted accordingly with remaining volume/season/weekends/holidays.
• We reserve the right to cancel the tour and refund the full amount to the relevant tourists. At the same time, we will do our best to ensure the normal operation of the tour.

• We reserve the right to adjust the itinerary to make it operate normally.
• Please note that we are not obliged to pay penalties caused by other travel arrangements, such as flight ticket changes, etc.
• If the tour is not possible due to force majeure such as weather, war, strikes, etc., the company will have the right to change the itinerary, and the ticket fee for the attractions will be refunded (except for the free self-funded items), but the registration fee will not be refunded.

• Hotel Policy

All hotel rooms are non-smoking rooms. Smoking in the room will be fined (more than $250); each room can arrange a maximum of two beds, and a maximum of four people are allowed. Please inquire with the hotel front desk for extra beds, and the cost of extra beds is at your own expense.

Guests can check in to the hotel by themselves with the confirmation from and the valid ID of the participants.

Note: The Las Vegas hotel is issued by the tour guide, and guests cannot check in bu themselves.

• City Pass is not accepted. Tourists need to purchase attraction tickets with the tour guide, and guests are not accepted to join the tour with City Pass.
