1. This product is for individual travelers to join a group at the destination. On the premise of ensuring that the promised service content and standards remain unchanged, you will join other guests in a group and arrange the itinerary in a unified manner. Depending on the departure date, the order of the itinerary may be adjusted.
2. Please be sure to provide accurate and complete information (name, gender, contact information, adults or children, etc.) when booking to avoid booking errors and affecting your trip. If you delay your trip or cause losses due to missing information, please bear the responsibility yourself.
3. This product is for group travel at the destination. Please bring your own valid tourist visa.
4. If you have special needs (such as bed type, vegetarian food, baby chair, etc.), please inform us at least 7 days before travel. We will try our best to coordinate, but no guarantee is made.
5. Hotel star rating: There is no official hotel star rating standard for North American hotels. All hotels involved in the itinerary are local brand hotels.
6. The standard double room of a North American hotel is equipped with a large bed or two beds. If you have special requirements for the bed type, please inform us when booking. We will try our best to coordinate.
7. According to the operational requirements of different hotels, you may be asked to provide a credit card as a deposit during your stay to cover miscellaneous expenses (such as telephone, laundry, and meals) during your stay (incidental).
8. If your itinerary includes airport pick-up service, please be sure to provide accurate flight information and arrive at the designated pick-up location in advance. If the pick-up is incorrect due to inaccurate information, the travel agency reserves the right to provide a second service or charge an additional pick-up fee, which will be charged according to the paid special car pick-up fee, or coordinate the next free pick-up with vacancies. Please note that each order only provides one pick-up service!

10. In case of special circumstances, such as bad weather, traffic accidents, etc., the company reserves the right to modify or cancel the itinerary.
11. In case of flight cancellations, delays, climate and other travel safety issues, there are special regulations that directly correspond to passengers and have nothing to do with the company.
12. If there are free items during the trip, if they cannot be given due to force majeure such as traffic, weather, or you cannot participate due to personal reasons, the fees will not be refunded. Please understand.
13. During the tour, please arrive at the boarding location at the time agreed by the tour guide, and do not be late to avoid delaying other tourists' trips. If you are unable to tour with the car due to lateness, please go to the next gathering place on your own, and take responsibility for it. Please understand.
14. During the tour, you may stay in different hotels. If it involves the pick-up and drop-off of guests from different hotels, the driver and guide will make reasonable arrangements according to the actual situation of the team. Please understand and cooperate, thank you.
15. During the tour, there may be different vehicles and tour guides to serve you. Please understand if it causes you any inconvenience!
16. During the trip, if you need to leave the group, please sign the "Departure Confirmation".
17. Travelers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18 years old or above) to participate in the tour.
