Airport Pickup Service Information 

Airport pickup is available for this tour. To ensure complimentary service, please provide your flight details at least 3 days prior to departure. 

Flight information submitted within 3 days of travel will not be eligible for free airport pickup. 

Complimentary Airport Pickup 

• One free pickup per booking, provided on the first day of the tour from Calgary International Airport (YYC) 
• Additional pickups can be arranged for an extra fee 

Service Hours: 6:30 AM – 10:30 PM 

Please note: 

• The last guided pickup departs at 10:00 PM 
• The last hotel shuttle departs at 10:30 PM 
• Guests arriving after these times will need to arrange their own transportation to the hotel 

Private Paid Transfer 

• Available for flights arriving between 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM 
• CAD $90 + tax for the first 2 guests 
• CAD $20 + tax per additional guest 
• Maximum 4 guests per booking 

Pickup Method 

Pickup arrangements are made flexibly based on flight arrival times and may include: 

• A Westar tour guide pickup, or 
• A hotel shuttle transfer 

Guests arriving around the same time may share the same transfer. This may result in a short wait at the airport, and we appreciate your understanding.

Morning 

Travel to Banff National Park, where the day begins on Sulphur Mountain. Ride the Banff Gondola (optional) for sweeping, high-alpine views—snow-capped peaks encircling a dramatic Rocky Mountain landscape. 

Midday 

Continue to the iconic Hoodoos, wind-sculpted rock pillars perched above the Bow River. Feel the power of Bow Falls as whitewater surges past dark stone, then stop at Surprise Corner for a postcard-perfect view of the river and the legendary Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel. 

Step inside this castle-inspired landmark and enjoy lunch (optional). Guests may upgrade to a refined French-brasserie–style dining experience. 

Afternoon 

Explore Johnston Canyon, one of the Rockies’ most beloved canyon walks. Follow elevated pathways to thundering waterfalls framed by limestone walls. 

If Johnston Canyon is closed due to maintenance or other unforeseen conditions, the visit will be replaced with Lake Minnewanka and Two Jack Lake. 

Evening 

Check in to your hotel in Banff and unwind, surrounded by mountain serenity or return to your original pickup place. 

Banff – Crowfoot Glacier – Bow Lake (20 min) – Peyto Lake (30 min) – Lunch at Saskatchewan River Crossing (optional, 45 min) – Columbia Icefield Snowcoach (optional, 90 min) – Banff

Morning 

Depart from Banff and begin a breathtaking journey north along one of the world’s most scenic mountain highways. Enter the heart of the Canadian Rockies, where glaciers, alpine lakes, and dramatic peaks define the landscape. 

Pause for a scenic photo stop at Crowfoot Glacier, an ancient ice mass clinging to the mountainside and offering a striking introduction to the Icefields Parkway. 

Continue to Bow Lake for a 20-minute visit. Here, calm turquoise waters mirror the surrounding peaks, creating one of the most serene alpine scenes in the Rockies. Guests may also step inside the historic Num-Ti-Jah Lodge, learning about legendary mountain guide Jimmy Simpson and the lodge’s storied past. 

Midday 

Travel onward to Peyto Lake, renowned for its vivid turquoise colour and iconic maple-leaf shape carved into a glacial valley. Enjoy a 30-minute stop to admire one of the Canadian Rockies’ most photographed viewpoints. 

If Peyto Lake is inaccessible due to maintenance or other uncontrollable factors, the visit will be replaced with Waterfowl Lake. 

Stop at Saskatchewan River Crossing for lunch (optional, approx. 45 minutes). Guests may choose to enjoy a self-serve buffet or relax before continuing the journey north. 

Afternoon 

Continue along the legendary Icefields Parkway (Highway 93), consistently ranked among the most beautiful drives in the world. Glaciers, alpine valleys, and jagged peaks unfold at every turn. 

Arrive at the Columbia Icefield, where guests may choose to embark on the optional Ice Explorer Snowcoach experience. Ride onto the ancient Athabasca Glacier, standing atop ice formed over millions of years for a truly unforgettable encounter with the Icefields. 

Evening 

Continue to Banff and check into your hotel for an overnight stay, surrounded by the alpine beauty of Banff National Park. 

Seasonal & Alternative Arrangements 

• Ice Explorer Snowcoach (optional): Operates May 1 to October 12 
• From October 13 onward: 
• Good weather: Light hike near the glacier foothills (approx. 60 minutes) for closer icefield views 
• Poor weather: Itinerary may be adjusted to include Waterfowl Lake and glacier viewing from designated scenic viewpoints 

Lake Louise - Moraine Lake (seasonal) - Yoho National Park - Emerald Lake - Revelstoke (overnight) 

Morning 

Depart in the morning to explore the iconic beauty of Moraine Lake (open approximately June through September). Nestled beneath the dramatic Ten Peaks, its vivid turquoise waters are fed by glacial melt, creating one of the most photographed alpine scenes in Canada. 

Continue to Lake Louise, where brilliant blue waters reflect the towering Victoria Glacier and surrounding mountain peaks. 

Midday 

Travel into Yoho National Park, where rugged mountain scenery and pristine wilderness define the landscape. Enjoy the tranquility of the park’s sweeping valleys and dramatic rock formations. 

Afternoon 

Visit stunning Emerald Lake, renowned for its deep green waters surrounded by forest and mountain peaks. Take time to stroll along the shoreline and immerse yourself in the peaceful alpine setting. 

Evening 

Arrive in Revelstoke for your overnight stay, resting among towering peaks as you prepare for the next stage of your Rocky Mountain journey. 

Revelstoke - Kamloops - Ginseng Farm - Hope - Vancouver 

Morning 

Depart Revelstoke and travel west through scenic mountain landscapes toward the interior plateau of British Columbia. 

Arrive in Kamloops, a region known for its dry climate, fertile soil, and agricultural production. Visit a local Ginseng Farm, where you’ll learn about cultivation techniques and the health benefits of this prized herbal product, with opportunities to explore and purchase specialty goods. 

Midday 

Continue west through rolling hills and valleys toward the charming town of Hope, often referred to as the “Gateway to Vancouver.” Surrounded by mountains and rivers, Hope offers picturesque scenery and a peaceful small-town atmosphere. 

Afternoon 

Travel onward along the Fraser Valley toward the coastal city of Vancouver, where mountain and ocean landscapes meet in one of Canada’s most vibrant metropolitan settings. 

Evening 

Arrive in Vancouver, concluding your journey from the Rockies to the Pacific coast.
