Mandatory Admissions (pay upon arrival): $100/person, including admission to Yellowstone, Grand Teton.
A mandatory service fees for tour guide and bus driver ($15.00/day per passenger).
Air fares between your city and the departure city.
All meals and drinks during the trip, although eating arrangements will be made by the tour guide.
Personal room fees, such as laundry or valet services, telephone calls, or alcoholic beverages/ mini bar items, unless they are otherwise specified.
Any private expenses
This tour does not accept any City Pass, Park Pass, or your own tickets for any of the attractions.

Cancellation Policy

Order Changes: Once the order is confirmed, we will charge a fee if the customer requests to change various information. Changing or correcting the guest's name, changing the date or itinerary will be considered a cancellation and will be charged a corresponding penalty.
Cancellation of Orders and Corresponding Penalties
If the customer cancels a confirmed or pending order for various reasons, we will charge a corresponding penalty to compensate the travel agency or hotel supplier for the penalty charged to us. The amount of the penalty is related to the time when we receive the cancellation notice. Customers must cancel their orders by email or contact us.
(The date of notification and the departure date of the tour group are not included)
33 days (inclusive) in advance - 10% of the total tour price
17 to 32 days in advance - 30% of the total tour price
10 to 16 days in advance - 50% of the total tour price
1-9 days in advance - 100% of the total tour price
No show on the departure date - 100% of the total tour price
No refund will be made if the tour product is not used; the full amount will be charged if the tour group is not participated.
Note: No refund will be accepted 30 days after the end of the tour group.
The price will be adjusted accordingly with the remaining volume/season/weekend/holiday.qq
We reserve the right to cancel the trip and refund the full amount to the relevant tourists. At the same time, we will do our best to ensure the normal operation of the trip.
We reserve the right to adjust the itinerary to make it operate normally.
Please note that we are not obliged to pay fines caused by other travel arrangements, such as flight ticket changes.
If the tour is unable to be visited due to force majeure such as weather, war, strikes, etc., the company will have the right to change the itinerary, refund the ticket fees for attractions (except for the self-paid items), and the registration fee will not be refunded.
Hotel Policy
The hotel rooms are all non-smoking rooms, and smoking in the room will be fined (more than $250); each room is arranged with a maximum of two beds, and a maximum of four people are allowed. Please inquire with the hotel front desk for extra beds, and the extra bed fee is borne by yourself.
Guests can check in to the hotel by themselves with the confirmation form and the valid documents of the participants.
Note: The Las Vegas hotel is issued by the tour guide and guests cannot check in by themselves.

Booking: Please book airline tickets after your tour booking is confirmed, which should be within 1 business day.
Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.
Hotel rooms: Each hotel room can accommodate no more than 4 guests (adults or children), and existing bedding must be used.
Chinese Visa holders: Please print out the EVUS form.
