Pickup point

After arrive at the airport, guests are required to arrange their own transportation to the Radisson Hotel Salt Lake City Airport (Address: 2177 W North Temple St, Salt Lake City, UT 84116 Tel: +1(385)341-4904 ) and check in with relevant valid document.

Dropoff point

Please schedule flights to depart from the Salt Lake City airport after 8:30pm (Domestic) or 9:30pm (International), hotel shuttle to SLC included.

Exclusions

Mandatory Admissions (pay upon arrival): $100/person, including admission to Yellowstone, Grand Teton.
A mandatory service fees for tour guide and bus driver ($15.00/day per passenger).
Air fares between your city and the departure city.
All meals and drinks during the trip, although eating arrangements will be made by the tour guide.
Personal room fees, such as laundry or valet services, telephone calls, or alcoholic beverages/ mini bar items, unless they are otherwise specified.
Any private expenses
This tour does not accept any City Pass, Park Pass, or your own tickets for any of the attractions.

Cancellation Policy

Changes to Reservations: A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary will be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.
Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
32 days or more prior to departure - 10% of total purchase amount.
16-31 days prior to departure - 30% of total purchase amount.
9-15 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
Within 7 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every effort to maintain normal operations.
Prices may vary subject to availability/season/weekend/holiday.

Hotel Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited at all hotels, violation of this rule will result in a fine penalty of at least $250/person, along with other legal liabilities. One hotel room can accommodate 4 guests utmost (regardless of age). Guests need to contact the hotel and bear the fee yourselves if you require extra bed.
Guests can check in to the hotel by tour confirmation number and valid ID.
Note: guests cannot self-check-in in Las Vegas hotels. Please pick up room card from your tour guide.

Additional Info

Please do not book air tickets before receiving the itinerary confirmation, otherwise you will pay for the loss yourself
Due to different departure dates, the order of the itinerary will be adjusted, and the final itinerary will be subject to the itinerary confirmation

This product is a destination tour, please bring your own valid tourist visa.
If you have special needs (such as bed type, vegetarian, baby chair, etc.), please inform us at least 7 days before the trip, we will try our best to coordinate, but no guarantee.
In case of special circumstances, such as bad weather, traffic accidents, etc., the company reserves the right to modify or cancel the itinerary.
During the tour, please arrive at the boarding location at the time agreed by the tour guide, and do not be late to avoid delaying other tourists' itineraries. If you are unable to tour with the car due to lateness, please go to the next gathering place by yourself, at your own risk, please understand.
During the tour, you may stay in different hotels. If it involves the pick-up and drop-off of guests from different hotels, the driver and guide will make reasonable arrangements according to the actual situation of the team. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
During the tour, there may be different vehicles and tour guides to serve you. Please understand if it causes you any inconvenience!
During the trip, if you need to leave the group, please sign the "Leaving Group Confirmation".
Passengers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18 years old or above).
The itinerary time is for reference only and may be adjusted due to actual conditions. Please refer to the tour guide's arrangements on the day.

Tips:

Booking: Please book airline tickets after your tour booking is confirmed, which should be within 1 business day.
Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.
Hotel rooms: Each hotel room can accommodate no more than 4 guests (adults or children), and existing bedding must be used.
Chinese Visa holders: Please print out the EVUS form.
