- Mandatory Fee (pay upon arrival): $256/person (Admissions for Yellowstone, Grand Teton, Horseshoe Bend, Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Great Salt Lake and Las Vegas 5-star hotel resort fee $56).
- Mandatory Service Fee: $15.00/day/passenger to tour guide and driver.
- Air fares between your city and the departure city.
- All meals and drinks during the trip, although eating arrangements will be made by the tour guide.
- Personal room fees such as laundry or valet services, telephone calls, or alcoholic beverages/ mini bar items, unless they are otherwise specified.

Cancellation Policy- Changes to Reservations: A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary will be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.
- Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
- 32 days or more prior to departure - 10% of total purchase amount.
- 16-31 days prior to departure - 30% of total purchase amount.
- 9-15 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
- Within 8 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
- Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
- Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
- Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every effort to maintain normal operations.

- Hotel Policy
- Smoking is strictly prohibited at all hotels, violation of this rule will result in a fine penalty of at least $250/person, along with other legal liabilities. One hotel room can accommodate 4 guests utmost (regardless of age). Guests need to contact the hotel and bear the fee yourselves if you require extra bed.
- Guests can check in to the hotel by tour confirmation number and valid ID.
- Note: guests cannot self-check-in in Las Vegas hotels. Please pick up room card from your tour guide.
Additional Info- This product is for individual travelers to join a group at the destination. On the premise of ensuring that the promised service content and standards remain unchanged, you will join other guests in a group and arrange the itinerary in a unified manner. Depending on the departure date, the order of the itinerary may be adjusted.

- Hotel star rating: There is no official hotel star rating standard for North American hotels. All hotels involved in the itinerary are local brand hotels.

- According to the operational requirements of different hotels, you may be asked to provide a credit card as a deposit during your stay to cover miscellaneous expenses (such as telephone, laundry, and meals) during your stay (incidental).
- If your itinerary includes airport pick-up service, please be sure to provide accurate flight information and arrive at the designated pick-up location in advance. If the pick-up is incorrect due to inaccurate information, the travel agency reserves the right to provide a second service or charge an additional pick-up fee, which will be charged according to the paid special car pick-up fee, or coordinate the next free pick-up with vacancies.
