Otherwise, you'll need take airport shuttle to hotel by yourself (the fee is not included, $58/adult, $11/child) Salt Lake City out: Please schedule flights to depart from the Salt Lake City airport after 1:30pm (domestic) or 2:30pm (international), airport transfer is included.

Mandatory Service Fee: $15.00/day/passenger to tour guide and driver.
Mandatory Fee (pay upon arrival): $210/person (Admissions to Yellowstone, Grand Teton, Mt Rushmore, Devil's Tower, Crazy Horse Memorial and Great Salt Lake).
Air fares between your city and the departure city.
All meals and drinks during the trip, although eating arrangements will be made by the tour guide.
Personal room fees such as laundry or valet services, telephone calls, or alcoholic beverages/ mini bar items, unless they are otherwise specified.

Cancellation Policy

Changes to Reservations: A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary will be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.
Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
32 days or more prior to departure - 10% of total purchase amount.
16-31 days prior to departure - 30% of total purchase amount.
9-15 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
Within 8 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every effort to maintain normal operations.

Hotel Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited at all hotels, violation of this rule will result in a fine penalty of at least $250/person, along with other legal liabilities. One hotel room can accommodate 4 guests utmost (regardless of age). Guests need to contact the hotel and bear the fee yourselves if you require extra bed.
Guests can check in to the hotel by tour confirmation number and valid ID.
Note: guests cannot self-check-in in Las Vegas hotels. Please pick up room card from your tour guide.

Additional Info

This product is for individual travelers to join a group at the destination. On the premise of ensuring that the promised service content and standards remain unchanged, you will join other guests in a group and arrange the itinerary in a unified manner. The standard double room of a North American hotel is equipped with a large bed or two beds. If you have special requirements for the bed type, please inform us when booking. We will try our best to coordinate.
According to the operational requirements of different hotels, you may be asked to provide a credit card as a deposit during your stay to cover miscellaneous expenses (such as telephone, laundry, and meals) during your stay (incidental).
If your itinerary includes airport pick-up service, please be sure to provide accurate flight information and arrive at the designated pick-up location in advance. If the pick-up is incorrect due to inaccurate information, the travel agency reserves the right to provide a second service or charge an additional pick-up fee, which will be charged according to the paid special car pick-up fee, or coordinate the next free pick-up with vacancies. During the tour, you may stay in different hotels. If it involves the pick-up and drop-off of guests from different hotels, the driver and guide will make reasonable arrangements according to the actual situation of the team. Please understand and cooperate, thank you.
During the tour, there may be different vehicles and tour guides to serve you. Please understand if it causes you any inconvenience!
During the trip, if you need to leave the group, please sign the "Departure Confirmation".
