Cancellation Policy (Applies to reducing the number of participants, canceling the entire order, changing the itinerary, or changing to a different date within the same itinerary):
- For cancellations or changes requested 46 days or more before departure:
- You may change or cancel the booking with a 20% deduction from the total tour fee (additional activities and meals are refundable).
- For cancellations or changes requested 15-45 days before departure:
- You may change or cancel the booking with a 50% deduction from the total tour fee (additional activities and meals are refundable).
- For cancellations or changes requested 14 days or less before departure:
- No changes or cancellations are allowed, and no refunds will be provided.
Modification Policy (Applies to adding participants—subject to availability, or changing participant names):
- For modifications requested 15 days or more before departure:
- You may change the booking with a CAD $50 service fee per change.
- For modifications requested 14 days or less before departure:
- No changes are allowed.
Example:
If the departure date is September 30, you can cancel by August 14 and receive a refund with a 20% deduction from the tour fee.
Important Notes:
- Any additional fees incurred due to changes in the booking, such as resource adjustments, will be charged accordingly.
- Any transaction fees incurred from cancellations or modifications (e.g., wire transfer fees, credit card fees) will be deducted from the refund.
- All cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing via email or fax.
- The refund processing period is typically 1–7 business days.
