Payment Terms
- 7–21 Day Tours
- Bookings made 57 days or more before departure: a 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due 56 days prior to departure.
- Bookings made 56 days or less before departure: full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Tours of 6 Days or Less
- Regardless of departure date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Payment Methods
- Westar Travel accepts credit cards and wire transfers. If a credit card is used to pay the deposit, the same card will automatically be charged for the balance when due, unless an alternative method is provided in advance.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- 57 days or more prior to departure: all payments are fully refundable except the non-refundable deposit.
- 56 days or less prior to departure: all payments are non-refundable.
- Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date will result in automatic cancellation and loss of the deposit.
Tour Changes or Cancellations by Westar Travel
If Westar Travel must significantly alter or cancel your tour, we will notify you as soon as possible. In such cases, you may choose one of the following options:
- Accept a replacement tour of lower value (if available) and receive a refund of the price difference.
- Accept a replacement tour of equal or higher value (if available).
- Cancel and receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit.
Our 7 day tours are guaranteed departures.
