This itinerary includes airport pick-up service. Please provide your flight information at least 3 days in advance.

Free Airport Pick-up Service:

Each booking is entitled to one complimentary airport pick-up service from Calgary International Airport (YYC) on the tour start date only. Multiple pick-ups can be arranged with an additional fee.

1.Free Pick-up Time: 07:30 - 21:30.

The last guide pick-up departs at 20:00. the last hotel shuttle pick-up departs at 21:30.

If you miss these, guests must make their own way to the hotel.

2.Private Transfer Service (additional cost):

Private transfers can be arranged for flights arriving between 11:00 - 21:00.

The fare is CAD $90 + tax for the first two guests, with an additional CAD $20 + tax per extra person (maximum 4 guests per booking).

Pick-up Locations:

1.Westar Guide Pick-up: 10:00 / 12:00 / 14:00 / 16:00 / 18:00 / 20:00 (exact times arranged based on flight information).

Location: Arrival Level, Door 5, Westar Service Counter.

2.Hotel Shuttle Pick-up: 07:30–21:30 (exact times arranged based on flight information).

Location: Calgary Airport Arrival Hall, outside Door 4 at Parking Stall #16.

Important Notice

1. Pick-up Method: Depending on flight arrival times, Westar will arrange either a guide pick-up or hotel shuttle pick-up. Guests arriving at similar times may share the same shuttle, which may result in a short waiting period at the airport. We appreciate your understanding.

2. The final pick-up time and location will be confirmed via SMS one day before the tour.

3. If airport transfer service is included in your itinerary, but pick-up errors occur due to late or incorrect information provided by the guest, you will need to make your own way to the hotel. In such cases, the travel agency reserves the right to charge an additional pick-up fee equivalent to the private transfer cost.

4. If we do not receive your flight details within the required timeframe, we will assume you will arrange your own transportation to the hotel, and no free pick-up will be provided.

Calgary → Marble Canyon (45 min) → Yoho National Park → Emerald Lake (20 min) → Natural Bridge (15 min) → Lunch Stop at Lake Louise Village  Optional [Grill & Bar] (Asian or Western Set Lunch with additional charges) (45 min) → Lake Louise (60 min) → Banff Town (30 min) → Banff.

From Calgary, passing through the charming town of [Canmore] and along the scenic Bow Valley, the journey begins toward the majestic Rockies. First stop is [Marble Canyon], where rushing waters carve through dramatic limestone walls, creating a striking natural wonder. Continue west into [Yoho National Park] to visit the quiet beauty of [Emerald Lake], its turquoise waters reflecting the surrounding peaks and forests. Nearby, discover the [Natural Bridge], a powerful rock formation shaped by the relentless force of the Kicking Horse River.

Enjoy a relaxing lunch stop at [Lake Louise Village] with an optional Grill & Bar Set Lunch (Asian or Western menu available, additional charges apply) before heading to the breathtaking [Lake Louise]. Spend an hour taking in its iconic turquoise waters, framed by the majestic Victoria Glacier and the elegant [Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise]. Indulge in an optional Afternoon Tea at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise (additional charges apply), featuring premium teas and pastries with stunning views of the lake and surrounding peaks. Continue your journey to [Banff Town], where boutique shops, cozy cafés, and mountain charm invite you to explore. As the day winds down, return comfortably to Banff.

Banff → Peyto Lake (75 min) → Bow Lake (15 min) → Lake Louise Village [optional lunch (grill and bar set lunch)] (45 min) → Vermilion Lakes Viewpoint (15 min) → Lake Minnewanka (20 min) → Two Jack Lake (15 min) → Banff

From Calgary, travel west through the mountain gateway of [Canmore] en route to the legendary Icefields Parkway. Your first panorama is the glacier-fed jewel of [Peyto Lake], famed for its vivid turquoise hue and sweeping lookout over Bow Summit. Continue to serene [Bow Lake], where still waters mirror ancient peaks and time seems to slow.

Return south to [Lake Louise Village] for an optional [Grill & Bar Set Lunch], a relaxed break amid alpine scenery. Then swing back toward Banff for the classic postcard vista at [Vermilion Lakes Viewpoint], where glassy wetlands frame the skyline. From [Calgary], travel west through the mountain gateway of [Canmore] to the forested trail of [Johnston Canyon Upper Falls]. Spend up to two hours exploring steel catwalks tucked into the canyon walls, feeling the mist from thundering cascades and gazing into the blue-green creek below. It's an unforgettable Rockies classic.

Next, enjoy lunch time in Banff Town (optional at your own expense). Guests may freely explore local dining options or choose the Optional Lunch add-on at Seoul Country Restaurant. And then, visit Bow Falls and Surprise Corner, two iconic viewpoints showcasing postcard-perfect winter views of the Rockies.

The day’s highlight awaits at the Banff Gondola [Optional Add-on] - glide up Sulphur Mountain for a spectacular 360° panorama of snow-draped peaks and the charming town of Banff nestled far below. As the day comes to a close, relax and enjoy a comfortable return journey to Banff.

Banff → Ski/Snowboard Lake Louise [optional add-on: Ski Lesson, Snow Tube, or Sightseeing Gondola] → Lake Louise/Banff/Canmore/Calgary

From [Calgary], [Canmore], [Banff], or [Lake Louise], meet your guide for a full alpine day at [Lake Louise Ski Resort]. Spend your time carving crisp groomers, floating through soft snow, or dialing in technique on progressive learning terrain. Then, warm up between laps at the base lodges and watch the peaks ignite with winter light.

Customize your experience with optional add-ons: elevate your skills in a tailored [Ski Lesson](optional), trade skis for adrenaline on the family-friendly [Snow Tube](optional) lanes, or soar above the valley on the [Sightseeing Gondola](optional) for sweeping glacier views and photos.
