Cancellation Policy ( applicable to reducing the number of participants in the same order, canceling the entire order, changing the itinerary, or changing to a different date on the same itinerary):
- Applications submitted 46 days or more before departure can be changed or cancelled, with a 20% deduction from the tour fee (additional activities and meals are refundable).
- Applications submitted 15-45 days prior to departure may be changed or cancelled, with a 50% deduction of the tour fee (refunds are available for additional activities and meals).
- Orders placed within 14 days of departure cannot be changed or cancelled and are non-refundable.
Amendments to the regulations ( applicable to increases in the number of participants – subject to resource availability, or changes to participant names ):
- Changes can be made if requested 15 days or more before departure, with a service fee of CAD$50 per order per change.
- Orders placed within 14 days of departure cannot be modified.
Example: If the tour departure date is September 30, and you apply for cancellation on or before August 14, 20% of the tour fee will be deducted.
Precautions:
- If additional fees are incurred due to changes in resources caused by order modifications, they will be charged accordingly.
- Payment processing fees incurred due to order cancellation or modification (such as bank wire transfer fees, credit card processing fees, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
- Any changes or cancellations must be made in writing by email or fax.
- Refund processing time is generally 1–7 business days.
