Your adventure begins here in Calgary, gateway to the Canadian Rockies. Snow-capped peaks, lush alpine meadows, turquoise lakes, dense forests, and diverse wildlife await your discovery. This itinerary includes airport pick-up service. Please provide your flight information at least 3 days in advance.

Free Airport Pick-up Service:

Each booking is entitled to one complimentary airport pick-up service from Calgary International Airport (YYC) on the tour start date only. Multiple pick-ups can be arranged with an additional fee.

1.Free Pick-up Time: 07:30 - 21:30.

The last guide pick-up departs at 20:00. the last hotel shuttle pick-up departs at 21:30.

If you miss these, guests must make their own way to the hotel.

2.Private Transfer Service (additional cost):

Private transfers can be arranged for flights arriving between 11:00 - 21:00.

The fare is CAD $90 + tax for the first two guests, with an additional CAD $20 + tax per extra person (maximum 4 guests per booking).

Pick-up Locations:

1.Westar Guide Pick-up: 10:00 / 12:00 / 14:00 / 16:00 / 18:00 / 20:00 (exact times arranged based on flight information).

Location: Arrival Level, Door 5, Westar Service Counter.

2.Hotel Shuttle Pick-up: 07:30–21:30 (exact times arranged based on flight information).

Location: Calgary Airport Arrival Hall, outside Door 4 at Parking Stall #16.

Important Notice

1. Pick-up Method: Depending on flight arrival times, Westar will arrange either a guide pick-up or hotel shuttle pick-up. Guests arriving at similar times may share the same shuttle, which may result in a short waiting period at the airport. We appreciate your understanding.

2. The final pick-up time and location will be confirmed via SMS one day before the tour.

3. If airport transfer service is included in your itinerary, but pick-up errors occur due to late or incorrect information provided by the guest, you will need to make your own way to the hotel. In such cases, the travel agency reserves the right to charge an additional pick-up fee equivalent to the private transfer cost.

4. If we do not receive your flight details within the required timeframe, we will assume you will arrange your own transportation to the hotel, and no free pick-up will be provided.

1. Walk North through Banff Town towards the Banff Sign, where you can take a picture to share with your loved ones.

Next to the sign, you'll notice a trail that eventually meets with the Bow River.

This trail will take you back to down or you can continue following it past Central Park, under the car bridge toward the Banff Pedestrian Bridge.

Cross the pedestrian bridge and you'll find yourself at a fork. Turn left/South East towards the Art In Nature Trail. This will also eventually take you to the Bow Falls and the Banff Springs Hotel.

2. Just North of the Banff Sign is Fenland trail. A 2.1 km loop with creekside paths, wooden bridgets, and towering spruce trees.

From Calgary, passing through the charming town of [Canmore] and along the scenic Bow Valley, the journey begins toward the majestic Rockies. First stop is [Marble Canyon], where rushing waters carve through dramatic limestone walls, creating a striking natural wonder. Continue west into [Yoho National Park] to visit the quiet beauty of [Emerald Lake], its turquoise waters reflecting the surrounding peaks and forests. Nearby, discover the [Natural Bridge], a powerful rock formation shaped by the relentless force of the Kicking Horse River.

Enjoy a relaxing lunch stop at [Lake Louise Village] with an optional Grill & Bar Set Lunch (Asian or Western menu available, additional charges apply) before heading to the breathtaking [Lake Louise]. Spend an hour taking in its iconic turquoise waters, framed by the majestic Victoria Glacier and the elegant [Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise]. Indulge in an optional Afternoon Tea at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise (additional charges apply), featuring premium teas and pastries with stunning views of the lake and surrounding peaks. Continue your journey to [Banff Town], where boutique shops, cozy cafés, and mountain charm invite you to explore. As the day winds down, return comfortably to Banff.

From Calgary, travel west through the mountain gateway of [Canmore] en route to the legendary Icefields Parkway. Your first panorama is the glacier-fed jewel of [Peyto Lake], famed for its vivid turquoise hue and sweeping lookout over Bow Summit. Continue to serene [Bow Lake], where still waters mirror ancient peaks and time seems to slow.

Return south to [Lake Louise Village] for an optional [Grill & Bar Set Lunch], a relaxed break amid alpine scenery. Then swing back toward Banff for the classic postcard vista at [Vermilion Lakes Viewpoint], where glassy wetlands frame the skyline. Round out the afternoon along the Minnewanka Loop: stroll the vast shores of [Lake Minnewanka],  rich with stories, and pause at tranquil [Two Jack Lake], a favourite for its calm reflections and easy lakeside wander.

Morning at Leisure → 14:30 PM Meet at the Hotel Lobby for the Banff to Jasper Intercity Bus → Icefields Parkway (Approx. 4 hours driving time) → 18:45 PM Arrive in Jasper

Enjoy a peaceful morning without the usual wake-up call. Check out of your hotel by 11:00 am and feel free to leave your luggage at the front desk. After a relaxed brunch in the charming town, return to the hotel lobby to await the intercity bus to Jasper. The bus will then travel along the Icefields Parkway (Highway 93), one of National Geographic's Top 10 Scenic Drives, offering breathtaking views of snow-covered landscapes. You’ll arrive in Jasper by approximately 18:45 PM, where the winter snow adds a magical, fairy-tale atmosphere.

• The intercity bus will arrive at your hotel between 14:30 PM and 14:45 PM. Please be at the lobby at least 15 minutes prior to departure. The driver will check your name before boarding.
• The bus does not stop at any attractions along the Icefields Parkway. Due to winter road conditions, the professional driver will ensure a safe and comfortable journey, keeping punctuality in mind whenever possible.

8:00 AM Arrive at Jasper Train Station → 9:00 AM Train departs → Jasper to Vancouver VIA Rail (approx. 23.5 hours travel time) → Next day 8:00 AM Arrive at Vancouver Pacific Station

Embark on a scenic journey through the heart of the Canadian Rockies aboard the VIA Rail train. Travel along 800 kilometers of majestic mountain landscapes, offering stunning views of the Rockies. You’ll pass through alpine meadows, snow-capped waterfalls, and glaciers, with a chance to spot the highest peak in Canada, Mount Robson. As the poet describes: "The Rockies are a temple for the soul, cleansing one's spirit." As sunset falls and night envelops you, you’ll rest in the tranquility of nature.

• The train departs at 9:00 AM, so please arrive at least 90 minutes early to check-in and check your luggage (bring a valid ID and your VIA Rail e-ticket for boarding).

This product includes tickets for VIA Rail Canada. Train schedules and policies regarding cancellations or changes due to unforeseen circumstances are subject to VIA Rail Canada's official announcements.

In case of force majeure events (e.g., transport disruptions, station closures, weather conditions, traffic control), the tour operator will assist with changes, but any additional costs (e.g., accommodation, transportation, meals) must be borne by the traveler.

Arrive at Pacific Central Station in Vancouver at approximately 8:00 AM (local time). Welcome to Vancouver! Upon arrival, the tour will conclude, and guests are free to make their own onward arrangements.
