• Please provide accurate and complete information (name, gender, contact, adult or child, etc.) when booking. Children’s birthdates are required to determine if a safety seat is needed. Any loss or delay caused by missing or incorrect information will be at your own responsibility.
• If you have not received your tour confirmation 7 days before departure, please contact our staff immediately.
• To ensure a smooth and enjoyable trip, we recommend booking attraction tickets and meal packages in advance. No additional bookings will be accepted within 10 days before departure or during the tour.
• This is a join-in group tour, where guests from different bookings may be combined into one group. The itinerary order may vary depending on departure dates, but services and standards remain the same.
• Hotel standards: There is no official star rating system in North America. All hotels used are reputable local brands. Rooms typically include one or two beds. Please note bed preferences when booking; we’ll try our best to accommodate.
• Service standards (e.g., transportation, hotels, meals, attractions, language) may differ by region or country. Tour commentary may be in Mandarin and/or English.
• Vehicles: The size of the vehicle will depend on the group size. For groups under 24 people, the driver may also serve as the guide. For groups of 24 or more, there will be a separate driver and guide.
• All service providers (transportation, hotels, restaurants, attractions) have their own regulations for guest safety and liability. In case of accidents or losses, their policies will apply.
• The company reserves the right to adjust or cancel the itinerary in case of force majeure such as bad weather or traffic accidents.
• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your personal interests.
• Flight cancellations, delays, weather, or other travel safety issues are governed by airline or relevant authority regulations and are not the responsibility of the company.

Travel Notes:

• If your itinerary includes airport transfer service, please provide accurate flight information and arrive at the designated pickup point on time. If incorrect information causes a missed pickup, the travel agency reserves the right to charge an additional transfer fee or arrange the next available shared shuttle. Each booking includes one airport pickup only.
• Some hotels may require a credit card deposit at check-in to cover incidental expenses (e.g., phone calls, laundry, meals).

• All tickets and meal packages must be booked in advance. No additional bookings can be made during the tour.
• Please be punctual and arrive at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may need to reach the next meeting point at their own expense.
• During the tour, different guests may stay in different hotels. Transfers and arrangements will be made according to the group’s situation — your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.
• You may be served by different vehicles or guides during the trip; we appreciate your understanding if this causes any inconvenience.
• If you need to leave the group early, please sign a “Tour Withdrawal Form.”
• Travelers under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult (18 or older).
• Complimentary activities are non-refundable if canceled due to weather, traffic, or personal reasons.
• For special requests (e.g., bed type, vegetarian meals, baby seat), please inform us at least 7 days before departure. We will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee.
