Cancellation Policy

1、Cancellation more than 30 days prior to departure: Only an administrative fee of CAD 100 will be charged.

2、Cancellation 15‑30 days (inclusive) before departure: 50% of the tour price will be deducted.

3、Cancellation 14 days or less before departure: No refund will be issued (full forfeiture of tour payment).

Rates are calculated per person based on a minimum group size of 4 guests.
A surcharge of CAD 340 per person will apply when fewer than 4 guests travel.
Published prices are not valid for public holidays; separate quotation is required.
A surcharge of CAD 230 is required if an English‑speaking tour guide is requested.

Tips:

Available seats do not confirm the final group size and are subject to change based on sales volume and supplier arrangements.
This tour requires a minimum of 4 participants for departure. A surcharge will apply if the group size is fewer than 4 guests.
In case of special circumstances or force‑majeure events such as bad weather, traffic disruptions, flight or vessel schedule changes, the company reserves the right to adjust the sequence of hotels, sightseeing spots and meals.
Guests who leave the group midway shall be deemed to have voluntarily waived all included services such as meals, scenic‑spot tickets and accommodation. No refunds will be granted.
Should you receive unsolicited requests for incense burning, worship offerings or donations within scenic sites in mainland China, please politely but firmly decline to avoid potential fraud or financial disputes.
Hotel Notes: Some hotels in mainland China do not hold official star ratings due to lengthy assessment cycles or voluntary non‑application, yet their hardware and services meet corresponding star‑level standards. Such properties will be marked as “Quasi‑star” hotels. Certain hotel facilities including swimming pools and saunas are not complimentary for group guests and extra usage fees may apply.
Requests for king‑size beds or extra beds at some mainland‑China hotels may incur additional charges. Room availability is subject to the hotel’s final allocation and cannot be guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding.
