Cancellation Policy

1、Cancellation more than 30 days prior to departure: Only an administrative fee of CAD 100 will be charged.

2、Cancellation 15‑30 days (inclusive) before departure: 50% of the tour price will be deducted.

3、Cancellation 14 days or less before departure: No refund will be issued (full forfeiture of tour payment).

1、English‑speaking tour guide: A surcharge of CAD 260 per booking applies if an English‑speaking tour guide is required.

Available remaining spots do not guarantee group departure. Availability may change subject to sales performance and supplier arrangements.
This tour requires a minimum of 4 participants to depart. A surcharge will apply if fewer than 4 guests travel on departure date.
In case of force‑majeure events such as bad weather, traffic disruptions or flight changes, the sequence of hotels, scenic spots and meals may be adjusted. Our company reserves the right to modify the itinerary.
This is a group tour. Guests shall follow the group throughout the trip. Any request to leave the group must be notified in advance before departure. On‑site requests for leaving the group at destination will not be accepted. Should you leave the group voluntarily during the tour, included meals, entrance tickets and accommodation will be deemed forfeited with no refund provided.
Please decline any persuasion for incense‑burning, prayer ceremonies or donations inside scenic areas to avoid fraud and property loss.
