Cancellation Policy

1、Cancellation more than 30 days prior to departure: Only an administrative fee of CAD 100 will be charged.

2、Cancellation 15‑30 days (inclusive) before departure: 50% of the tour price will be deducted.

3、Cancellation 14 days or less before departure: No refund will be issued (full forfeiture of tour payment).

Additional Info

1.If an English‑speaking tour guide is required, a surcharge of CAD 400.00 will apply.

Tips:

Available selling spots do not represent the actual minimum group size. The number of participants is subject to adjustment based on sales performance and supplier arrangements.
This tour requires a minimum of 4 guests for group departure. A group‑size surcharge will apply if fewer than 4 guests travel.
In the event of force‑majeure including bad weather, traffic disruptions, flight changes or unexpected incidents, the sequence of hotels, scenic spots and meals may be rearranged. Our company reserves the final right to revise and adjust the itinerary.
Guests who leave the group without permission during the tour shall be deemed to have forfeited included services such as meals, scenic tickets and accommodation. No refund will be granted.
Should you encounter personnel persuading you to burn incense, pray or make donations within domestic scenic areas, please politely but firmly decline such offers to prevent fraud and property‑related disputes.
Hotel Information: A. Some domestic hotels do not apply for official star‑rating, yet their hardware and software facilities meet corresponding star‑level standards. Such properties will be marked as “Quasi‑star”. B. Certain hotel facilities such as swimming pools and saunas are not complimentary for group guests. Additional fees will be charged for access. C. Requests for special room types including king‑bed rooms and extra beds may incur extra charges. Availability cannot be guaranteed and is subject to final hotel room allocation.
