This itinerary includes airport pick-up service. Please provide your flight information at least 3 days in advance.

Free Airport Pick-up Service:

Each booking is entitled to one complimentary airport pick-up service from Calgary International Airport (YYC) on the tour start date only. Multiple pick-ups can be arranged with an additional fee.

1.Free Pick-up Time: 07:30 - 21:30.

The last guide pick-up departs at 20:00. the last hotel shuttle pick-up departs at 21:30.

If you miss these, guests must make their own way to the hotel.

2.Private Transfer Service (additional cost):

Private transfers can be arranged for flights arriving between 11:00 - 21:00.

The fare is CAD $90 + tax for the first two guests, with an additional CAD $20 + tax per extra person (maximum 4 guests per booking).

Pick-up Locations:

1.Westar Guide Pick-up: 10:00 / 12:00 / 14:00 / 16:00 / 18:00 / 20:00 (exact times arranged based on flight information).

Location: Arrival Level, Door 5, Westar Service Counter.

2.Hotel Shuttle Pick-up: 07:30–21:30 (exact times arranged based on flight information).

Location: Calgary Airport Arrival Hall, outside Door 4 at Parking Stall #16.

Important Notice

1. Pick-up Method: Depending on flight arrival times, Westar will arrange either a guide pick-up or hotel shuttle pick-up. Guests arriving at similar times may share the same shuttle, which may result in a short waiting period at the airport. We appreciate your understanding.

2. The final pick-up time and location will be confirmed via SMS one day before the tour.

3. If airport transfer service is included in your itinerary, but pick-up errors occur due to late or incorrect information provided by the guest, you will need to make your own way to the hotel. In such cases, the travel agency reserves the right to charge an additional pick-up fee equivalent to the private transfer cost.

4. If we do not receive your flight details within the required timeframe, we will assume you will arrange your own transportation to the hotel, and no free pick-up will be provided.

Fairmont Palliser Hotel → Marble Canyon (45 min) → Yoho National Park → Emerald Lake (20 min) → Natural Bridge (15 min) → Lake Louise [optional lunch (Lago, or upgrade to Afternoon Tea)] (120 min) → Banff Town (30 min) → Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise or Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel

From Calgary, passing through the charming town of [Canmore] and along the scenic Bow Valley, the journey begins toward the majestic Rockies. First stop is [Marble Canyon], where rushing waters carve through dramatic limestone walls, creating a striking natural wonder. Continue west into [Yoho National Park] to visit the quiet beauty of [Emerald Lake], its turquoise waters reflecting the surrounding peaks and forests. Nearby, discover the [Natural Bridge], a powerful rock formation shaped by the relentless force of the Kicking Horse River.

Next, arrive at world-famous [Lake Louise], framed by the towering [Victoria Glacier] and nestled against the iconic [Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise]. Guests may choose an optional lunch at [Lago Italian Kitchen] or upgrade to the renowned [Afternoon Tea] experience. After two hours to explore this alpine jewel, the tour continues into [Banff Town], where boutique shops, cozy cafés, and mountain charm create the perfect end to the day.

Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise or Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel → Peyto Lake (75 min) → Bow Lake (15 min) → Lake Louise Village [optional lunch (grill and bar set lunch)] (45 min) → Vermilion Lakes Viewpoint (15 min) → Lake Minnewanka (20 min) → Two Jack Lake (15 min) → Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel

From Calgary, travel west through the mountain gateway of [Canmore] en route to the legendary Icefields Parkway. Your first panorama is the glacier-fed jewel of [Peyto Lake], famed for its vivid turquoise hue and sweeping lookout over Bow Summit. Continue to serene [Bow Lake], where still waters mirror ancient peaks and time seems to slow.

Return south to [Lake Louise Village] for an optional [Grill & Bar Set Lunch], a relaxed break amid alpine scenery. Then swing back toward Banff for the classic postcard vista at [Vermilion Lakes Viewpoint], where glassy wetlands frame the skyline. From [Calgary], travel west through the mountain gateway of [Canmore] to the forested trail of [Johnston Canyon Upper Falls]. Spend up to two hours exploring steel catwalks tucked into the canyon walls, feeling the mist from thundering cascades and gazing into the blue-green creek below. Next, opt for the soaring ride on the [Banff Gondola] for a panoramic vantage over peaks and valleys, or enjoy free time before your selected drop-off at a [Banff] hotel or in [Canmore].
